What size can I custom？
Most of our clients order our “one size fits most” custom socks but we offer custom sizes for men, women, children, and babies as well. Contact us and we’ll guide you through our sizing options.
How long will I receive my order?
Depending on the quantity and customization process, it usually takes 7 to 30 working days to receive the order.
What are your socks made of?
The material of socks mainly depends on your purpose, but most of our customers order our combed cotton socks; 75% of it is combed cotton, 20% is polyester fiber, and 5% is spandex. You can contact us and we will provide you with the most suitable materials.

What do I need to begin?
We need you to provide high-definition logo images, the color of socks you need, and what size of socks you need, and then our designer will make a model for you to review and consider for free. After you confirm, we will proceed to the next step.
Can I see a sample before mass production?
No problem at all. After we confirm the order design, we will first produce a sample for you to check. Only after you confirm, we will start mass production. If you are not satisfied, we will make modifications.
I'd like to see the quality of your work before we begin - Is that doable?
That’s totally doable! We will send you complimentary samples of our past work so you can assess the quality and feel confident in your expectations of the final project.

What is your typical lead time?
Our standard turnaround time from the date of order is 7 calendar days or 25 calendar days (China) for most socks. The actual date of shipment will be provided to you within 1 business days of your order.
