Let’s start by preparing our knitted socks. Opt for pure white socks, as they serve as the perfect canvas for printing your design across the entire sock. Unfortunately, printing on black socks isn’t feasible since the ink won’t dye the fabric effectively

Create the design required for DTG printing and load it into the computer to start preparing for DTG printing
Socks Pre-Treatment for Fabric-Ink Bonding
Once the sock is snugly fitted onto a specialized tube, a unique pre-treatment is applied to ensure a strong bond between the fabric’s fibers and the ink.
Accurate Color Printing
Next, water-based ink is meticulously sprayed onto the damp, pre-treated surface. Precise droplets of different colored inks are applied at exact coordinates to bring your design to life with vibrant colors and intricate details
Color Design On Heated Fixed Socks
The garment is then gently removed from the printing tube and placed in a high-heat dryer. Here, the pre-treatment evaporates and the ink cures, resulting in a long-lasting and vivid final print.
