Heintjie Santos had a problem that most small yoga brands know too well: their previous supplier could handle the socks, or the packaging — but never both, and never well.
The grip socks kept coming back softer than expected, losing traction after a few washes. The gift box they wanted required a separate vendor, a separate timeline, and a minimum of 1,000 units with no flexibility on sizing. By the time everything arrived, the boxes didn’t even fit the socks properly.
